Site Implementation Manager – Rollout Services

The Site Implementation Manager – Rollout Services is responsible for managing & coordinating the onsite team & work activities and overall supervision & management of the onsite delivery of work falling under the projects in areas of Fire Alarm Security System Rollout Services (Fire Alarm System, ELV Systems, Mobile Communications – 3G/4G, Security Monitoring Rooms, IDF/MDF, Telecommunications, and Information Systems). The successful candidate will utilize his technical experience as well as management and leadership skills to ensure the onsite work activities and the onsite work commissioning are done in accordance to agreed scope, specifications, design & architecture, time, quality and cost. He will also utilize his communication skills to extensively coordinate and liaise with different representatives and consultants from different vendors, partners, sub-contractors and client. He will execute the project implementation strategy laid out to him by the Project Managers and Programme Managers and report the status and progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors’ degree in engineering and/or computer science with at least 7 years of experience in implementing complex Fire Alarm System, Security System, and ELV System projects. Experience with Mobile Communications – 3G/4G sim enabled systems is a plus.
  • The candidate should also possess at least 5 years of local (UAE) working experience especially with the government entities
  • Experience in vendor and 3rd party management, including managing relationships over extended periods of time and over multiple projects.
  • Very good English and Arabic business, technical communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent leadership and resource management skills
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills ensuring high productivity and excellent working relationships among team members.
  • Excellent problem solving skills ensuring problems are detected proactively and solved before they affect the outcomes of programme or projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and serve as a liaison among cross-functional teams.
  • Very good English and Arabic business and communication.
  • Willing to travel within UAE as required between the 7 Emirates – Driving license is mandatory.
